Terms of Inner Circle Membership

The Inner Circle is a service-based offering, designed to help clients grow mentally, financially, health-wise and in their overall confidence. Inner Circle Members receive a plethora of ongoing support in these areas via guest speakers, guest coaches, discounts, and online and offline events. Inner Circle Members also receive a number of perks and special offers as long as they are active members who are current on their membership payments. 

By signing up and paying for Inner Circle membership, you understand that any previous Inner Circle charges, whether monthly, quarterly, or annual, cannot be refunded prior to the date Naturalicious receives a request to cancel membership. Upon the date the request to cancel an Inner Circle Membership is received, any scheduled future charges will be stopped. Members who cancel their membership will immediately lose access to all Inner Circle-related benefits, activities, perks and platforms on the day their membership is canceled.

If a current member's card is declined, the Inner Circle will make several attempts to recharge the card automatically. If that is unsuccessful, the Inner Circle will make several attempts to contact the member in order to re-instate the account. Should the Inner Circle be unable to receive payment within 7 days of a declined membership, the member will be canceled from the Inner Circle, future charges will be canceled and the member will be immediately removed from all Inner Circle-related benefits, activities, perks and platforms. 

Should a previous member wish to return to the Inner Circle, their membership fee will be the current rate being charged for the Inner Circle, which may or may not be the rate they paid when they originally joined.

Similarly, current, previous and future members of the Inner Circle should always consult their financial professional before engaging in any financial advice provided.  By participating in the Inner Circle, you agree to hold the Inner Circle, Naturalicious, its affiliates and assigns harmless from any ramifications, financial, medical or otherwise, that occur as a result of acting on information provided by the Inner Circle.
